Mana Pita was served at a Christmas party held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries on the 21st of December 2009. It was served with several delicious fillings:

 

  • Mallorcan, lamb, meatballs with tahini sauce;
  • Stir fried vegetables with a mixed herb dressing and local fish fillings;
  • Moixina with Russian salad;
  • Sorell with orange slices and mixed vegetables;
  • Cat fish with a green mixed leaf salad;

All the fillings were delicious and were greatly enjoyed by all the guests.
