Our history

Mana Pan Pita was founded by Fresco Directo Global SL in 2009 in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands.

Our objective was to expose the Spanish market to the benefits and potential of pita bread.

Our mission continues to be to produce a very high quality pita bread for businesses and the general public. So that they can enjoy fresh pita bread which is also free from preservatives, colourings and additives, as an alternative to the vacuum-packed options available.

Quality ingredients, FULLY TRAINED STAFF

We believe in natural ingredients and our bread is 100% vegetarian and vegan, we do not add any baking improvers or artificial ingredients to our pita bread. We know how important our team of staff is for the success of our business, and we ensure each member of our team is properly trained.

Our facilities

The Mana Pan Pita bakery is located in Palma de Mallorca and features all the latest in pita bread bakery equipment including blast freezers and storage. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, and have all the licences and certificates required by EU law for the production and storage of food products. Our fully automated production process can produce over 1 million pita breads per month and this is then shipped to distributors and food service providers across Spain and Europe. Our unique formula allows us to provide the market with a very high quality pita bread which is already being served at restaurants, hotel chains, catering companies, supermarkets and ethnic or specialty fast food chains.
