Our objective has always been to expose the Spanish market to the benefits and potential of pita bread, and to show that it is not just a kebab bread.

Our mission is to produce a very high quality pita bread to provide our clients and people at home with the opportunity to eat fresh pita bread which is also free from preservatives, colouring and additives, as an alternative to the vacuum-packed options currently available.

We believe in natural ingredients and our bread is 100% vegetarian and vegan, we do not add any baking improvers or artificial ingredients to our pita bread.

We know how important our team of staff is for the success of our business, and we ensure each member of our team is properly trained.

equipment including blast freezers and storage. We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, and have all the licences and certificates required by EU law for the production and storage of food products.

Our fully automated production process can produce over 1 million pita breads per month and this is then shipped to distributors and food service providers across Spain and Europe. Our unique formulas allows us to provide the market with a very high quality pita bread which already being served at restaurants, hotel chains, catering companies, supermarkets and ethnic or specialty fast food chains.
